Ensuring a seamless and professional experience for every event.
Booking Policy
All bookings must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total package cost. Dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the deposit. Full payment is required on the day.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event will forfeit the deposit but incur no additional charges. Cancellations less than 14 days before the event will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost. Refunds are not available for services already rendered or for unused time during the event.
Equipment and Setup Policy
Our team will handle the transportation, setup, and teardown of all equipment to ensure a seamless experience. Clients are responsible for ensuring the venue provides a safe and accessible space for equipment setup. Any damage to our equipment caused by the client or their guests during the event will be billed to the client.
Timing and Coordination Policy
Our team will work closely with clients to create a detailed timeline for the event to ensure songs are played at the right moments. Any changes to the timeline must be communicated at least 48 hours before the event. Additional hours beyond the agreed package will be billed at £50 per hour, subject to availability.
Privacy and Confidentiality Policy
We respect our clients’ privacy and will not share event details, photographs, or videos without prior consent. Any personal or payment information shared with us will be handled securely and confidentially.
Client Conduct Policy
Clients and their guests are expected to treat our team with respect and professionalism. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if our team is subjected to harassment, violence, or any inappropriate behaviour. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.
